Worst hotel one can experience. Photos in website and actuals are oil & water. They have NO PARKING. Security Guard is a drunkard. He informed my wife not to stay as they do prostitution!! Reception Staff are pathetic. For the money they charge......staff, rooms, AC. toilets, bed linen, towels are pathetic, smelling. AC, Door Lock don't work. We were very eager to GET OUT soonest in the morning. Never Ever book & stay at this place even offered FREE FOR LIFETIME.

I stayed here with family on Jan 2020 and felt very bad pros: nothing cons: floor, bed, wall are dirt. noisy and very limited parking. breakfast and the dinning hall are the worst I have seen.not recommended for family

We went during the peak season... paid triple the price for such pathetic service. The check in time was 2pm but even at 3 pm rooms were not ready. Reason being linen not arrived from the laundry service. Somehow we managed and returned to the hotel in evening. The rooms were spacious but decent. The attitude of the hotel staff was biggest spoilsport. They did not even have extra towels to provide to the guests... reason being shortage. The breakfast buffet was at this shady looking restaurant. And they did not even serve tea/ coffee saying its not included in the complimentary breakfast!! Rest only item available was bread butter, omelette and chapati with gravy .When asked for room service they never bothered to get the meal. After repeated calls to the reception the room service came after one hour. Definitely not recommending this place for terrible experience .

The hotel costed us rs3200 a day ( inclusive taxes ) just for a room for which it is not worth it even in the peak season. Official breakfast timings were 8:30am to 10 am ,but there is an absurd tradition in this hotel to send breakfast to your room by 9:30 am without asking if you don't turn up to the buffet. The key card of the room was not working ,had to call the guy from the reception almost 3-4 times. No basic amenities in the room ( kettle ,hot water ,soap) The rooms are smelly and yes if you have a 4-wheeler with you , parking will be a problem .Staff was sleeping in the reception itself by laying their mattresses in between the reception at night Though it's just 5-6mins away from the rock beach and all the famous restaurants of puducherry (rendezvous,le Duplieux , celine's kitchen, Villa Helena,shanti Villa,bay of buddha) are near to it. If you have no option remaining with yourself ,you can go for it.

On our India-trip we searched for a very special hotel for the nights around New Year. We paid more then the double-price then we did for many other wonderful accomondations and were more then unsatisfied with this stay at RKN Hotel. When we arrived at the hotel everything in the entrance area was already very dirty. Our supposed room (also a seccond alternativ one) was dirty and bed sheets very dirty and torn. The hotel and room was extremly different then it was on the online pictures. Sadly the receptionist and even the hotelmanager weren't able to understand english very well and they also weren't willed to understand our disappointed and frustrated opinion. We wanted to quit the reservation but the manager wasn't excepting our decision. Also the brakfast-room was dirty and breakfast here was bad! But most worse was the ignorance of the unfriendly personal/manager. We really can't recommend this place!
